About Me

Dr. Jing Williams is the Associate Professor of Social Studies Education at the University of South Dakota. She teaches elementary and secondary social studies methods courses. She is currently serving as the Past President (2020-2022) of the International Assembly of the National Council for the Social Studies. Dr. Williams' research focuses on the global perspectives in social studies education.
